Bache Capital employs its knowledge of the bond markets to provide a safe environment during fluctuating interest rates. We only invest in investment grade corporate and municipal bonds that have an above-market yield and a short maturity usually ranging from 3 to 7 years. Our goal is to provide, by use of “laddered” maturities, stability of price and higher income over a market cycle. A laddered approach gives us regular opportunities to review prevailing interest rates and the yield curve. In selecting fixed income instruments, we take into consideration the current economic and monetary outlook: Federal Reserve policy, inflation expectations and credit supply/demand factors.
Our Costs
Costs start at 1% per year for accounts under $500,000, and decline for portfolios in excess of $1 million.
